This session will provide entry level information on how schools can start the transition away from seat time, in favor of a structure that creates flexibility and allows students to progress as they demonstrate mastery. Participants will walk away with a better understanding for how competency-based learning strategies provide flexibility in the way that credit can be earned providing students with personalized learning opportunities.
