The Changing Face of Labor in America

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The labor market has changed dramatically in the past 70 years. Since the 1940s more women have entered the work force, the demand for labor intensive work has decreased, and education has increasingly become more important. This session will feature engaging, hands-on activities that demonstrate how employers make hiring decisions, how education impacts productivity, and how women's roles in the labor force have changed. Be prepared to get out of your seat to participate. Attendees will receive free curriculum materials.
